How to set up a proxy server to play WoW remotely?

So I’m at work, and there is very little to do. I’m allowed to play WoW, but network has blocked it and the IT guys tell me if I can connect through a proxy server, I should be able to play. How do I use my home pc as a proxy server when I’m not home?
