My virus scan found a potentially unwanted program on my call log-AnalogX proxy?

I do not know what it is. All Searches came up saying it was some type of software used to connect multiple computers in a local connection, but this is the only computer in my house. It's never appeared before, and I do not remember downloading something like this. Should I remove it? I use McAfee and Windows Defender on Vista.
