International dial-IP?

ok, I wish to remain anonymous and fast play this site I'm trying to access, you can get through my proxy and the proxy is. Tried them all – software, addons, etc. Someone suggested that dial-up might work as it is your real ip and can prove that ur 2000 miles away when ur somewhere else. Therefore, I need a dial-up provider that I can allow access for their international locations (such as AOL, etc.), but I will remain in the UK physically. I only use dial-up for my ip says im in Japan or India. Thx
