Can Google Adsense access to anonymous proxy IP address?

Does anyone know if you are able to access your account with Google Adsense anonymous proxy IP address? I was banned by mistake and I have sent emails to Google, faxes, voice messages, more than a year without response. I was a user of Adsense with them for over eight years without a problem, someone clicks on my Adsense ads a lot and I have my account banned and Google will not let me again that is very bad. So my only alternative is to have a friend register for an account and enter a proxy to another bank account, and hope it works.
