detection and bypass proxy servers?

My office has a monitor and security proxy where you can monitor what you do on your PC … lately I had uploaded an attachment to a friend from the server in the office, a word file through hotmail and hotmail is one of the sites blocked in my office now my question is very simple and many know the answer, but I do not ….. i know they can control where I have visited, etc. .. But what I know is that they know everything I uploaded file by mail, and do not ask what kind of proxy or security they use, etc, coz I do not know … just a simple question that you can know which attachment and I sent, that particular file … thank
