How to avoid Webwasher in the office?

Webwasher have this installed in the office to block all websites like Gmail and GTalk. How can I do without it? I tried several proxies, but none of them works. I'm single and has no system in my house. I spend much time in the office and the need to at least check my mails and the need to talk more to my friends from Gtalk. Kind assistance.

Given that the filter in your workplace uses deep inspection packages, try different methods of encryption. Have you tried any SSL Proxy? If the traffic is encrypted, and the filter only to find that the interface a unique IP address (the proxy) then it should happen.
