Proxy configured to use port 7212 question?

Recently every time I connect to the Internet without going through a proxy, the default settings have been changed to http ProxyServer = 127.0.0.1:7212 I know this happened after install GhostSurf, but after being uninstalled, should not have it again to use 8080 as default? No matter if I delete the registry key, yet becomes less Im using a proxy. Wininet.dll Can be configured to define this option, and if so, how I can change the default back to 8080? Is it possible to reconfigure Wininet.dll? Yes port 80 I mean, do not know why I was thinking 8080

GhostSurf probably uses port 7212. There is probably something in the registry setting back the proxy. Check your key and some RUN proxy key.
