Need to see a line of the TV series.?

When I try to load a television series I'm trying to see I get a message that says: For Somehow, a connection to our video server could not be established after several attempts. Your connection may have been blocked firewall or proxy. Please, verify that you have an open connection and try again. I turned off my firewall. What else could be the problem? Please help if possible. Additional Details The firewall is one that comes with the team and I was trying to see www.usanetwork.com-White-Collar and www.abcfamily.com Secret Life of American Teenager and I have Windows www.fox.com-House 7. I have a firewall and I try turning it off first.
