I'm having problems opening the Firefox web browser (see below for details). can anyone help me please!?

The proxy server is refusing connections Firefox is configured to use a proxy server that is refusing connections. Check the proxy settings to make sure they are accurate. Contact contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working.

Some how your browser is using a proxy server to connect Internet, if you set there is a problem with the proxy if not then you need to change the connection settings and disable the proxy. This can be changed in the options panel.
