Runes of Magic banned in China?

So I'm on U.S. servers, and I'm in China right now, but I can not seem to access the servers, download says no, please check your firewall or network configuration. But I think it is supposed to be banned here. So how I can do without it? proxy web sites only work for websites.

When I travel to China to use a personal VPN, http://www.surfbouncer.com/unblock_china.htm to unblock all sites. It is working bee enemy long enough for me without problems.
