How to configure Outlook 2007 with the proxy server for Yahoo Mail?

My college has a proxy configured to be used for Internet access say that port 8080 1.1.1.1 When you click the tab of Internet connection in e-mail settings get only three choices Connect using LAN connection using my phone line Connect using Internet Explorer or other third marker before my college set up Internet access through proxy, my perspective working with the third option. Somewhere I found that option Connect to my Exchange mailbox using HTTP is also available separately of these three options. How to get this option appears, this option is not available in my Outlook 2007, please note that I am setting up Yahoo Mail.
