Yes usually. The MAC address allocation is a function of your wireless adapter. Go to Network Connections, right-click the network adapter and select Properties. Then click the Configure button. In the Advanced tab you will see all the properties of network adapter. If you see a property that allows you to change your MAC address in the list, then you can do. If you can not see a way to change your MAC address, then you can not. For example, my wireless adapter on my laptop has a property called "Network Address" on that list. You have two options, "Absent" or has a field to enter your own address. If left as "Away", then you are using the default MAC address.
