I need some freedom to use proxy servers IP addresses with port numbers?

I live in the areas of the Gulf and the stupid ISP tries block porn sites and also provides free software sites. I need to get to my favorite torrent site that need to block some free proxies IP addresses with port numbers other than 80 or any number associated with 80. I mean, the proxy server must not be in the Middle East or Asia. Help Pleaaaase.
