Web mail Access during Office time?
Hi,
i’m working in bank and i can access the internet, but they blocked the web mail. like gmail/yahoo/msn..
is there have any free proxy site. i have many sites all of the sites are blocked from internal firewall (our firewall is blue coat)…
any one knows good free proxy site please let me know.

I would imagine that a bank would use a smart filter for blocking websites. A smart filter will generally block sites by key words and such. Rather or not the words be in the url, or in the body of the site. Words like proxy will probably blocked so looking for a proxy will be useless. but that ok. Try looking into setting up remote desktop. Its great for acessing E-mail from anywhere and alll you need to do is remember or write down you ip address which can be find at www.whatismyip.com. Windows xp pro has in a free build in remote desktop client for doing just this. http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/mobility/getstarted/remoteintro.mspx this link will show you how to set it up. all remote desktop software can be found at website like symantec.http://www.symantec.com/norton/symantec-pcanywhere but its not free unless you download it off a torrent, which i would not recommend.
