I need to know a free proxy software working (download) only? My university does not allow downloading of more than 5 MB! Earlier we used Freegate, ultra surf, jap and / or Tor. Now the university has installed a new firewall and has blocked all proxy software. Now I'm looking for a new software to unlock the surf and especially uninterrupted downloads. Plz help me!
