proxy settings?
i use a proxy server. the values/address of which i input and change via IE. i know i had success when i see my ip change when i check it via whatismyip.com.
the question is: is this ip change global? am i using the new ip (proxy) when i use instant messengers, play online games etc.?
Using an IP for proxy with IE is not very applicable or will not fairly give you a best result…
