How I can open port 6881 to use Utorrent, if I am using the wireless router in my apartment building?

I'm in Thailand few months and if that requires me to ask someone else to reconfigure the router, I doubt you make. If this is the case, is there any way around it? A server proxy has nothing to do with it? thanks
