Bypass ISA Proxy Server on LAN for proxy program NOT SUPPORT!?

I want a program that allows network applications (such as Nokia Software Updater) that do not support working through proxy servers to operate through a HTTP proxy server. I found a software called "Proxifiyer" but does not work for me. I have a user name and pass to work online, but some programs like that have no preference for entering the proxy specification. could anyone, please help me?
