How I can see my site, virtual servers K800i to PC via Bluetooth?

I've managed to set up networking and Microsoft Bluetooth IIS. I also did my virtual server. It also configures your Internet settings (proxy, port etc) but when I open my K800 browser, you can not download anything from my PC. My ultimate goal is to use my PC as a mobile virtual network server.
