Is there a list of known proxy servers (IP addresses) to bypass firewall access rules?

I'm trying to use a SonicWall TZ170 with filtering content services to prevent access to certain categories of websites, but I noticed people accessing websites proxy (eg superproxy.de) directly writing the IP addresses that the firewall is somehow not lock automatically.

You may have to close the ports in the firewall that these using proxy servers.
