unblock websites at school team?

in my school computer some sites like YouTube, Orkut, MySpace are blocked. I tried YouTube opened through a proxy server, but it also blocks work. I will not let me download Firefox too. How do I unblock these sites especially YouTube. My school computer has Windows XP SP1 (with huge128 MB RAM)
