I can not download because i said im using a proxy server?

I can not download anything because it is saying I'm using the proxy server, but I'm not. but yesterday I used a free site online proxy to open facebook from dat time I can not download things like msn .. : (Please help me.

U must choose any proxy server in your browser options …
