You can only view some sites with a web proxy?

Ok i can only see http://www.easycoy.com/phpBB3/index.php only site with an address web proxy. If i attempt to load from my browser in my opinion, I can not pc i that everything is loaded too slow I can not connect to game server is a steam download maps that just sits there is going on?

I tried a lot of proxy servers and they all fell short. They do not handle Java or Flash, thus, are slow and blocked all the time. A friend told me about the personal VPN. I've been using for a few weeks and it's great. Never crashes, runs on any and all websites 100% function.
