Failed to find the portfolio in Yahoo Finance Yahoo Messenger Alta plugin?

I am getting "Error fetching data" in the Yahoo Finance added plugin my yahoo messenger. The following error message is logged in client_id . Log file "2007/03/09 17:53:09.515 [THRD: 312] [FT60] Error – HTTP read supply has failed. "The plugin works perfectly wide band of my house where I nose you have any proxy settings. fails to recover data my office network where I have to use a proxy settings. I connect to Yahoo Messenger plugin successfully but not Yahoo Finance to fetch portfolios.

It seems that your best bet is to report directly to Yahoo! At the top of the page, there is a help link. Click that, then one of the categories as portfolios. Then click on a link and quote basis.
