How long has it been around proxies (a couple of questions too)?

You know, proxy sites to temporarily change the direction IP. I wonder what year the types of sites occurred. In addition, there are future plans to "improve" them? Some boards have so if you try to make a has in place for the use of a proxy, you can submit your sign up information. (The button for reporting will not work.) Y, not everyone can use YouTube (I know only a few), Yahoo Music also does not work with them, and AIM Express (So I had to get AIM Lite …). In addition, I know this is old information, but if a proxy site is blocked all you have to do is put "https: / /" before the URL and will not be anymore. -_-What is the point of blocking the sites if it is so easy to get around blocks? = D If you can answer any of these questions, please post. Thanks!

Proxy servers in one form or another have been around since the beginning of the Internet, so 80's and early 90's. All you have to do is connect to another computer and use this system for network activity. That's all proxy sites do. "Improving" a proxy depends on what you mean. Can attorneys multi-layer together to further conceal the original source of the request. To overcome the limits of free proxy service, if you are trying to reach places websites that are blocked from elsewhere, you can configure your proxy server at home and connect to it from the remote computer. The point of blocking sites, even when they are easy to overcome is that most people have no idea about the Internet and even try some of the obvious solutions. It works 95% of people so for a large number of places is sufficient.
