Are there external vote counting services in the UK?

I work for a small charity with a lot of internal politics and we're about to have our Annual General Meeting in April. What I'm looking for is an external vote counting service where we can have our members to send her postcards / Proxy forms so you can be accusations of electoral fraud. Does anyone know of such a thing? I can not imagine any of the major unions have their own ballots when they vote on strike so it must be something somewhere. Someone knows something Perez?
