Can anyone help me with proxy servers, please?

I followed these instructions http://www.djtechtools.com/forum/showthread.php?t=4468 but I can not get it to work, says problem loading page, I may have done something wrong, but do not know. I found this http://www.freewebproxylist.com/US_WebProxies.html proxy list and still not working. The pay for the songs, so it's not so bad, and Beatport themselves, even turning a blind eye. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

It could be that your country has blocked the proxy.
