Is it possible to view USA mtv from the UK by using an online proxy server?
The proxy server needs to be able to let flash player 9 work. I dont just want a list of different proxy servers for going on facebook or bebo.
I specifically want to know if I can watch mtv.com videos from the UK or not without installing any software.

Most proxy servers won’t stream video (it costs them too much bandwidth).
