please help with time zones eBay? 10 POINTS!?

the im going to make an offer in one day is exactly the left (24 hours) left but in the CET time zone and my time zone is central. So what does this mean? I was about to exceed supply at night and when the weather turned 1 hour, began the countdown on its own (i didn't have to keep updating the page numbers automatically only a countdown on ebay) so I do not know if the person was in a different time zone than me, but if so, the countdown would be seeing the same thing? please help me! this is sooo confusing! I did a conversion pst centerline. so when the auction ends, pst time will be about 12:00 am central time will be around from 2:00 am … Does this mean the auction will end in the same "time" but when the auction is ending, is 12:00 to 2:00 on this list?

change your time clock to the CET (or clock) and then have something else in your time and calculate the end time
