Anybody know good proxy servers to avoid drawing down? (Read the description)?

So I tried to use the Web to see FOX television but there came a message that is only available to users in the U.S. so I want to avoid being tracked by using a proxy server.Problem do not know any.I have already tried PeerGuardian 2 And I will not that make browsing slow choseing blocks websites.I is the best answer!
