What are the websites you can access bypass the proxy settings?

Network has firewall, preventing me to access websitrs others.

I read something like that on a blog site, but I remember when I sing. This man said that he could use a Google to avoid your company's proxy. I have not tried, but try Google (or should I say Yahoo IT)
