Vandilized I have not any of the pages .. Why keep Wikipedia blocking me?

Wikipedia keeps blocking my IP address that is not connected to a proxy or whatever that is, and not shared. I know members of my family never destroy. Yet why should Type'','' Grace is sexy in one of the issues (which are all girls, except for Dad). I tried to concurso''el add text block ((unblock | reason below))''as shown in this picture (it is near the bottom of the screen): http://s34.photobucket.com/albums/ d150/takshii /? action = view & current = untitled-2.jpg But there was no clear link or way to do this. In fact there was none at all. Could be a hacker or something? How I can contact them about this?

Please contact your Internet service provider TPG Internet Pty Ltd. abuse@tpg.com.au and ask for help with removing vandalism account you are using your IP address, 202.7.166.180. Please ask them to cooperate. You can email address with Yahoo Answers on this issue. There has been a lot of vandalism from that address. I'm surprised the block just for a week. As you can see on the link below, vandalism of that address has been broad and sustained. The wireless scenario sounds reasonable, but there is no way we can unlock a direction with that level of vandalism. With regard to contact us. you have if you still email me. I think the solution is to create an account. I doubt the address can be used for anonymous editing as long as the vandal has access to it.
