Web proxy help (.info)?

Every proxy i havfe attempted has been blocked, including the previously never failing studyhallhelp.info. I am convinced all .info sites are blocked, im looking for obscure domain suffixes, like co.cc. or .biz. Any help is appreciated. Also, im not using this for abuse, its simply to get access to a music database to write music reviews during study hall. Thank you.

Regardless of the ethics involved in trying to circumvent these systems the bottom line is you can’t. They detect proxies on the fly and block them.
