Proxy making serious error?? URGENT!!?

I have a cable broadband but this few days i encounter serious problems like can’t download from megaupload(where you can download only once per day then if you tried to download again you will lead to a the internet cannot display the page). Last time it is if you download too much it will say download limit exceed but now it just turn to the error page! Then now i am checking some examination schedule and now it says error proxy error, the proxy encountered an error!!! Did I use a proxy server?? i check the lan settings on internet but it doesnt have it.. I need to check the exam schedule now or it says that there will be deletion by today!!!
