to pass the proxy to use Oulook Express?

I have to use my Outlook Express to download your e-pop and I have a user name password ad for our representation server.But I do not know how and where to put the password and user name in Outlook or is there an email that can be used for this purpose? … chek my mail.its help me a http proxy.

I believe that Outlook Express uses the proxy settings of Internet Explorer. In Internet Explorer: Tools -> Options Internet -> tab Connections -> Lan Settings button -> Proxy server section
