If Libya had been able to conquer all of Chad and replaced by an Arab government, what would be different?

Libya attacked Chad in late 1970 from what I understand but do not achieve their goals of obtaining a new territory or getting your group to any real situation in Libya mainly late due to the interference of France. If Libya had conquered Chad and replaced the government with an Arab one, how they have changed over the last thirty years of history? In case you do not know, Chad borders of Libya, Sudan, Central Central African Republic, Cameroon, Nigeria and Niger. One more question Do you think Chad, could have become another in Sudan?

Apart from a different government, I really do not think much has changed. This area of Africa is and has been unstable for a long time and change anything you need to change their thinking that puts all the people by tribal customs and not see that happening any time soon. Chad could have become another Sudan, but because it is only a theory, no one knows for sure.
