Is there a way to access Australia's Hulu.com?

I tried to access it through Hotspot Shield, but the program does not work on my computer and I've tried several free proxy and VPN sites, but will not display video. I really want to see an old SNL sketch called Super Bass-O-Matic 76, so if anyone knows broken link-to geoblocked then I too would be grateful.
