Can you help my Mac to find a way to facebook in China?

I'm living in China and Facebook is blocked here. Some of the people I know are able to use a proxy to access Facebook, but none of them are Mac users I think that each proxy is not for Mac or I do not understand. Does anyone have any idea or have any other dealt with it? If you have an idea … I walk through that. Remember, I'm a Mac user I like things simple.
