Does anyone know how to surf the web anonymously at work?

Our IT manager has been installed on our internet proxy server at work. Which means I have to use my sign in name and password for each website you visit. This obviously prevents me from checking sites such as new jobs, sport and the legend that is EBAY! Thanks
