How I can avoid blocking the hotel's Internet connection?

Almost every time you download something off of bit torrent or other P2P program my blocks My hotel internet connection for a few days that the mind is nothing illegal distributions of Linux and a few sites that use P2P to download files off. Is there a way around this or something to allow me to not block, I've tried almost everything proxies forced to turn encryption on utorrent and still no luck, even changing the MAC address in Windows Vista (not yet seem to work in all it was MAC).
