how can i access yahoo mail from a proxy server?

i use airtel proxy 100.1.200.99 :8080 and i m not able to access any email site (rediffmail is an exception) so can anyone provide me the settings so that i can overcome this….
moreover i m also unable to download files greater than 2.2 MB.
Websites say that u r not authorized to download those files.
