How can I go to blocked sites at school? [with my own computer / non-proxy]?

I have my own team I've been to school. The school blocks only two sites MySpace and Facebook, and if you go to these sites that redirects the school website, which says "Social networking is blocked" or something, which is only two specific websites all else is well. I know there's a way to get into these sites without proxy, but I'm not sure how.
