Any UK proxy server that is free?

I need the following information from a proxy server which is free UK: ip ex. 111.11.111.1, ex.80 port, old user name. alex, password ex. 1234. I need to BBC iPlayer on Wii, and I'm not living in the UK. * Ex .= example

The proxy is unlikely to work and may not play flash video. I can use a personal VPN when http://www.personalvpn.org outside the United Kingdom to see iPlayer. Also is good to see sites like Hulu U.S..
