How do i setup wireless router proxy connections?

I have to go through a proxy to connect to Internet at home. I turn my house into a wi-fi spot so I can use my laptop at the same time. How do I keep doing that. I tried to connect but just does not work. What I have to do? by the way my internet is running on MAC addresses registered with my ISP thnx buffer overflow to get my thinking. I have a job. I made a small error in the configuration of the network. I forgot to remove the TCP / IP details of the network card. delete did all the work perfectly:)
