Can not connect to messenger hotmail / yahoo and hotmail yahoo / inbox ..?

I tried all the tricks … proxy settings, reset IE settings, Microsoft Fix it 50195, antivirus, etc etc etc. .. everything .. even uninstall then reinstall IE, but nooooooooooo ..
