The women in the business environment of today face more obstacles than ever. Surprised to read these words? I know, I think we've come a long way baby! That works well for a commercial, but not for real life. Talented women in business are necessary for the mixture of talent with daily life issues, such as balancing family life, financial concerns, and, of course, all competing for the future of the business itself. Here is how claw aside!

Talented women in business are necessary for the mixture of talent with daily life issues such as balancing family life, financial concerns, and, of course, all competing for the future of the business itself.

So with a good amount of success that are promoted to be the boss, you might want consider keeping the claws and giving their best for the job and working for you. Listen, I understand how you feel. All comments stabbing in the back on the road, all the long hours of work to prove yourself, why not flaunt their success? Answer? Because, you is better than that.

You can be part of the solution to this potentially vicious cycle of

1. succeed

2. flaunt success

3. misuse of power

4. lose position

5. have men in power say "see women do not have the temperament for the job. "

What causes this problem?

1. Woman Suffrage: The baggage we carry.

2. Scarcity Mentality.

3. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.

1. Woman Suffrage: The baggage we carry, women have been carrying the banner of (a) minorities, (b) Earning the right to equal pay for equal work, (c) deal with sexual advances, (d) stalls is not enough in the ladies room, well, and much longer. As a professional woman who sometimes interpreted as carry our arms, our right to act regardless. Certainly, managers still earn much less in that role than their male counterparts. In an article written by Fast Company, Margaret Hefferman wrote about a question of how blatant is. As CEO of CMGI, had the title of CEO, but the proxy statement the Company clearly reported compensation in 50% of their male counterparts.

2. Scarcity mentality: Women who are insecure about their ability to manage their employees for fear of loss and win-lose position. If their claws are out, people with talent can not defy authority. If a woman in charge believes that success is not sufficient to all, you will not share or support the success of your job or colleagues under one roof.

3. Absolute power corrupts absolutely: Absolutely, a phrase widely used, but so true. Once a woman is successful, the position is foreign to them. The air there can be very thin. The power of position in the hands of inexperienced can someone make bad decisions to protect "the new lawn. The classic example is Hewlett Packard. More was written about Carly Fiorina, Patricia Dunn, and in recent years most controversial CEOs coming and going. Some would say that even bad news is good publicity and certainly Hewlett Packard does advertising. Women in charge of high-profile CEO has been dissected through the history of Hewlett Packard. The position of CEO Carly Fiorina as seems be an example of an individual talent rising from a business education at Stanford and MIT for the position of the first female president in a "Dow 30" Company. Their successes and failures were documented by the press, trying to decide if both were a product of his feminism or his throat cut approach. Replacing Fiorina, Patricia Dunn, former Hewlett Packard. His ego in the position of CEO and President let him forget "the rules" and use illegal methods to investigate Hewlett Packard's own Board of Directors. This is a classic and very public example of absolute power corrupts absolutely.

Since women earn more and more positions of authority, they can and will learn to follow rules and do it the right way.

Now the solution:

The solution is simple, quiet, yes, calm down.

Women who gain positions of authority have much talent, now they need to have the confidence to use such talent to enjoy the position of authority. In my book "A Woman's Ladder to success is full of broken glass ceilings" our female executive Jesse Stevens finally wins the position of CEO. Journal reminds itself of this important message: "CEOs Great cultivate leaders, then listen to them, the dictators and demand to create a large following that would not lead "

Being a great leader. Become an example of mentoring, nurturing and embracing talented team members to teach those around you that you're a great leader. Creating and removing the desire within yourself to teach others to be leaders. Therefore, put your claws away. Hopefully that will be gone for a very long time.
