Torrentpsy …?

I've been using a Swiss proxy to get around the block to spy on all ips toreent U.S. … but the proxy was setting, and all that meetings are slow (U.S. arent cousin duh …) The Swiss was quick and worked well, but i cannot find a new good one … Is there another way around the block torrent spys? I do not want an IP switch b / c my comp is pretty screwed up as it is. I really need to get the first spy torrent limewire not cut it anymore these days … Can anyone help? ty-Andrew
