UAE access to online TV? Options … (VPN, etc)?

Hi, I am trying to access an online television channel based in the UAE. Unfortunately, you need area restrictions and an Internet provider of one of the following places of access. United Arab Emirates Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Algeria, Egypt, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Sudan, Tunisia, Iran, Iraq, Yemen, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Chad, Djibouti and Somalia. I tried to search online to find a VPN service within the UAE. Unfortunately, the only results I am getting are for services outside the UAE (the Internet is censored there!) What are my best options? VPN or Proxy? Any site can have a decent reliable VPN in any country above? Thanks for any help. Northern African countries are quite liberal. The only problems are the UAE, Saudi, etc. I am sure Oman theres something out there!

Since the Internet is so strictly limited in these countries I'm doubting any provider who will place servers there. There is no demand for this.
