How to access the windows of my home PC from behind a proxy / router using SSH?

I have Windows XP on my home, I have to create a connection SSH tunnel to my Windows PC at the port is 443, and I need to access the windows of my home PC and that a proxy is behind a router .. on port 443 encrypted connection can give me and my proxy / router will not block port 443 as they are not using https connections ..
