What is a good proxy server to use for web browsing from your computer remotely?

I'm wanting to configure a web proxy on my computer home. I go to Internet Explorer settings, and configuring the proxy server address for Internet use. What is a good proxy for use? I want to be on a team in a different location, construction, and be able to use my proxy to pull web pages, not networs.
